His home is surrounded by a wall of lush green vegetation of all sorts. Scott could name them all, I don’t have clue, but for a handful of plants. My favorite area is that around his pond, the plants are colorful, the waterfall and the crystal clear water are magnificent. The attention to detail is spectacular and quite artistic. It is a miniature park within Edgewood – Wellesley Park.
The is even quite an elaborate tree house built into a large tree for his kids to play. He designed his own pond to be sand bottomed so that on hot days his kids can actually jump in it and cool off - beautiful and yet practical!
It’s wonderful to have such a distinctive home in our Redwood City neighborhood, it definitely enriches our area and our walking experience as we pass it. Which of course includes a loose chicken from time to time, but that’s another story! |
