Police had someone stand at the street corner as if to cross the street and if drivers did not stop, there were motorcycle cops hidden nearby to make sure you stopped for another reason altogether. Many unhappy motorists received tickets that day.
With the holidays around the corner, we need our money for things besides tickets, so keep your eyes out for pedestrians. More important then the cost of a ticket is of course the safety of our citizens. Let’s keep our streets safe, no one wants to spend their holidays in the hospital or courtroom.
